How to Access Technical Support

Our support team ensures the software performs in line with current documentation and helps users resolve technical issues related to installation, configuration and usage. Where appropriate, we can assist with engineering application questions. In many cases, users seek guidance on how to approach and model specific engineering problems, not just software functionality. More complex queries can be escalated to dedicated project teams when required.

How to Enter the User Area?

In the Web User Area of this website users have a secure area where they can seek detailed technical support, browse technical newsletters etc. This area is only accessible if you and your company are registered users.

To access, please open up any of the software products of Petex, then go to the Help | Web User Area menu on the top toolbar. This will automatically open the web browser. If you are a new user, it will ask you to register in the Web User Area.
