Premium Service Package
Midland Valley is offering a Premium Service Package for our clients. The Premium Service Package offers additional training, mentoring and specialist support to users and project managers, over and above our annual maintenance packages. This service package ensures that you derive optimal value in your investment in Midland Valley’s software and maintenance services even with fluctuating project demand and personnel changes.
The Premium Service Package is available to clients with at least one Move product license, and includes:
- Priority access to your Senior MVE specialist. The specialist will be your link to the complete range of engineering, geological and project team skills at MVE headquarters.
- On site client training at introductory to advanced level Structural Analysis and the Midland Valley toolset (5 days).
- On site project mentoring, including project design, by a Midland Valley specialist (5 days).
- Ongoing project and user support, including project QC and review by a Midland Valley senior specialist, using remote access through VPN or conference facilities as appropriate (5 days).
- Enhanced engineering support and fast tracking of your ‘software wish list’ items.
- Access to pre-release versions of your maintained software for accelerated application of the new technology.
- Dedicated secure ftp site for data transfer and download of pre-release software and licenses.
