Support and Help Desk

With the new software releases and new technologies we are developing the support and help desk.

In the next few weeks we will be announcing a new Premium Service Package for maintained users comprising a package of training, mentoring and user support along with additional software and IT services. Details will be sent through our mailing list and we will also take the opportunity to talk to you directly about this over the next few weeks.

Also in the pipeline is an extended service and manning of our help desk to provide additional time zone support. Watch out for details of this later in the year.

We have recruited additional Help Desk specialists and they are on their training program before we go live with this new extension to our help desk service for maintained users.
