Midland Valley operates a policy of equality and inclusion. Our technical team is recruited globally on the basis of merit and at present we employ over 14 different nationalities. We expect all of the team to contribute to the decision making process through regular team and company meetings, and have an open door policy for all aspects of our corporate life. Our equal opportunity and equal pay policy means that women comprise 44% of our team including senior technical positions and in management to Board level. We recycle and re-use when possible and our office premises have been chosen with the lowest possible energy consumption in mind. Being in the centre of Glasgow has also meant that public transport is a better option for most of the team travelling to work. It is important that we all do our bit. |
