Support

The purpose of the support role is to provide a personal, efficient and reliable point of contact for users who have queries or difficulties regarding the software. This multi disciplinary team works closely with the geology and software development parts of the company to provide geological, software, installation and licensing support for our clients. The team also provides Midland Valley's internal IT needs and support for our Engineering and Geology Project teams in the office and on client sites. This gives the Support Team in depth operational experience and direct feedback of the importance we all place on a pro-active approach to problem solving.
